In a recent interview Steve Ballmer Microsoft CEO says he has banned his kids from using Google or owning iPods! I was pretty shocked and have some advice for Mr Ballmer, if you let your kids use your competitors products and tell you why they are so cool you may be able to understand your competition from the perspective of the youth today instead of putting them in a no play zone.

I can just about guarantee that if his kids don't have a iPod now they will someday just to show dad who's boss, what a better way to learn about what youth like then to listen to your kids. [CNN]
