Yahoo accused of putting advertising in Spyware

If this turns out to have some merits, which for all purposes looks pretty convincing from the outside, Yahoo may have a pretty big problem on their hands. With advertisers expecting to have ads served on high quality sites the accusations in this lawsuit are very damning. [www.eweek.com]
