Internet Service Providers must provide extensive Wiretap access

As predicted the courts have upheld a ruling that Internet Service Providers must provide enhanced wiretap capabilities for law enforcement officials. I am sure this is going to cost these companies a lot of money, that I am sure many do not have. Makes you wonder exactly they are going to have to put in place. [CNET]
