Can Apple be anymore ridiculous than the are now?

Some people are wondering how far apple will go in trying to ban companies from using the word "Pod" that they don't even have a trademark for. They do hold the tradermark for "iPod" but the ramifications of there actions are causing some to contemplate whats next. [digitalflotsam]
