What my Apple TV is missing!

My wife is a big fan of the Apple TV, she is also a big fan now of certain video and audio podcast that I manage for her. She asked me the other day how come she could not search the podcast listed on Blubrry.com with the remote on Apple TV.

This got me to thinking, my wife consumes media on our wide screen TV she does not consume media on her laptop.

I told her that YouTube videos were soon going to be on Apple TV, and she about lost her mind. These were her exact words “who wants to watch that crap”, I about fell over. She said she would much rather be able find and subscribe to content directly from our sites.

So my challenge begins how do I bring the OPML lists we have of all of the shows that are on Blubrry, PCN and Tech Podcasts onto the Apple TV, in a way she can dig down and find the content.

Someone may have already made a hack to do this but I want a way to make available our communities content directly available on the Apple TV!

Apple please release the API so we can build a authorized plugin for the Apple TV!
