Safari Browser for Windows?

It is very apparent that Apple needed Safari to be Windows capable pending the iPhone release. As their is going to be some integration there. I am wondering if iPhone users are going to be forced to run Safari? If they are this is really going to hurt them if the applications don’t run in Firefox and IE.

Personally Safari would be about my last choice of browser applications on any operating system. Even my kids did not care for Safari when they started using the Mac Mini they asked me to load Firefox on it.

Only time will tell but I highly doubt Safari will ever grow beyond its small percentage share of user utilization. I think the only way they ever grew to 5% was because the average Mac user probably does not realize that Firefox is available. If they did I am sure they would switch and never look back.  News.com
