RIAA Looses to Gain Student Identities thru University

The RIAA was up to their standard tricks again, they wanted the University of New Mexico just to hand over their students information accused of file sharing copyrighted material. Well a District Court judge ruled that they are not going to be getting the information that way.

The RIAA continues to want to push the absolute boundaries of decency. They don’t want a accused person to know that they are gunning for them they just like to spring a trap. I applaud this judge for not falling for the RIAA tactics.

I am hoping more judges across the country start standing up to this organization. recordingindustryvspeople.blogspot.com
