When a New Zealand man was annoyed at a book he ordered from Amazon never arriving, he found an interesting way to vent his anger.  While he earned a living as a motion capture artist in the movie industry he had trained in patent law in the past.  Stewing about his undelivered book he started thinking about the Amazon one-click patent and recalled another similar patent application he had seen.
