Bandwidth Monitoring Tools?

Being that the Idiots at Sprint are about to impose bandwidth restrictions on those of us that have been loyal EVDO customers, I am looking for a tool that can run on my desktop, and measure the bandwidth I am using.

I would prefer a tool that can tell the difference between the EVDO traffic and the LAN / WiFi traffic, as I use a combination of all three dependent on where I am at, and whats available. Has to be able to run on a Vista machine.

Look forward to your suggestions.

Please post your findings. I would be interested to know how much bandwidth I push a month.

Scott:

I've heard about NetMeter http://www.metal-machine.de/readerror/, but hadn't had a need to use it. My ISP used to monitor, but provided a website for me to check. I actually adapted a fantasy baseball excel file to screen scrape the site and tell me my remaining usage and give me a daily average until the end of the month. I needed to use that because I had multiple computers on one cable connection.
